Refund policy

I want you to love your DTB Alchemy purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me before sending your item back. 

Refunds Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received back. You will be notified once your refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Damaged or Lost in Shipping If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these cases, a replacement or full refund will be issued without requiring a return, as I understand the item may be unusable.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
